  • The Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission has posted instructions to assist you in participating in their hearing on mental health stigma and discrimination elimination. The hearing is scheduled for April 12th, 3:00-6:00pm at the Mission Inn in Riverside, CA and is open to the public.
