The Department of Mental Health (DMH) has developed its 2009-2014 Strategic Plan. The Office of Strategic Planning and Policy (OSPP) is currently working with the DMH Executive Team to develop the DMH objectives and Business Plan (2009 – 2014). The OSPP supports DMH management in the development and monitoring of business objectives which align with DMH goals.
