Training for the November 2008 Consumer Perception Survey process will take place on Thursday, October 9th, 2008 and Wednesday, October 15th, 2008. Choose the date that best fits your schedule.    

Training will start from 1:00 p.m. and will take approximately 2 hours. This training will be conducted through conference call and WebEx web meeting. Please send an email to POQI.Support@dmh.ca.gov if you need help with the web meeting set up.
