Training for the May 2009 Consumer Perception Survey process will take place on Thursday, April 16th, 2009 and Thursday, April 23rd, 2009. Choose the date that best fits your schedule.

Training will start at 1:30 p.m. and will take approximately 2 hours. This training will be conducted through conference call and WebEx web meeting. Please send an email to POQI.Support@dmh.ca.gov to register for one of the trainings and to receive call-in information.
